We’re proud to share that Magee’s Creek Water Association received a perfect score of 100 out of 100 in our most recent inspection by the Mississippi State Department of Health, completed and reported on November 14, 2025. This comprehensive review—known as a Sanitary Survey—examined all major aspects of our water system, including source, treatment, distribution, storage, and operations.

The inspection confirmed that no deficiencies were found and that our system met or exceeded all state compliance standards. We received perfect scores in Technical (51/51), Managerial (33/33), and Financial (16/16) categories—recognition that reflects not only the strength and reliability of our system, but also the dedication and hard work of the team that keeps it running.

This outstanding result is a direct reflection of the professionalism of our operators, the attention to detail of our staff, and the pride we take in delivering safe, clean, and dependable water to our community. It also aligns with the clean findings from our recent third-party financial audit and continued positive water quality testing results throughout the year.
