Payments are due by the 20th of each month. Non-payment of charges due by the 20th of each month will be subject to a penalty of 10% (ten percent) of customer's account balance.
Non-payment of account charges that are 60 days past due will receive a green cutoff notice and a regular bill stating amount past due. The amount that is 60 days past due must be paid by the 5th of the month or customer will be locked and must contact the office to make payment.
