We're glad to have you with us. To establish new water service, please contact our office directly.
If your property is less than 2 acres, you'll need to contact the Wastewater Call Center at 855-220-0192 to request a Letter of Intent. A copy of this letter can also be found under the Forms & Reports tab above.
We look forward to providing you with clean, reliable water service!
Documents needed to establish a new service:
Homeowner:
- Warranty Deed
- Driver's License or ID
- $500 Tap Fee
- $25 New Account Fee
Renter and/or Mobile Homes:
- Renter or lease agreement
- Driver's License or ID
- $500 Tap Fee
- $25 New Account Fee
- $100 Deposit (Refundable) **
**If your account is paid in full when you move, your deposit will be refunded. Please contact our office to confirm your forwarding address so we can mail your refund to the correct location.
If there is an outstanding balance on your account, Magee's Creek Water Association (MCWA) will apply your deposit toward the unpaid amount. **
Road Bore Charges
If a road bore is required on a county road, an additional fee of $400 will apply.
For road bores on state highways, the customer is responsible for all permit and road bore expenses. These costs will be determined and provided upon request.
