Welcome to Magee's Creek Water Association! Please contact our office if you want to establish a new service. If you have less than 2 acres, you will need to contact the Wastewater call center at 855-220-0192 to get a letter of intent (you can find a copy of this under the Forms & Reports tab above). We look forward to serving you good clean water!!
Documents needed to establish a new service:
Homeowner:
- Warrenty Deed
- Driver's License or ID
- $500 tap fee
** If there is an existing radio read meter located at the service address, you will only be charged $25 for a Change of Ownership Fee and no tap fee is required.**
Renter and/or Mobile Homes:
- Renter or lease agreement
- Driver's License or ID
- $500 tap fee
**If there is an existing radio read meter located at the service address, no tap fee is required.**
- $100 (Refundable) Deposit
**If your account is cleared when you move your deposit will be refunded. However it is necessary to contact our office to ensure we have the correct address to mail your refund to. If your bill is not paid in full, MCWA will deduct the deposit from your bad debt.**
